Der Calanda-Pfirsich<\/strong>, Melocot\u00f3n de Calanda<\/strong>, w\u00e4chst am Pfirsichbaum mit dem wissenschaftlichen Namen prunus persica <\/em>und ist somit ein Rosengew\u00e4chs.<\/p>\n

Der Calanda-Pfirsich<\/strong> kommt aus Spanien. Er zeichnet sich durch sein festes Fruchtfleisch, seine hellstrohgelbe Farbe und angenehme S\u00fc\u00dfe aus. Seine \u2018vornehme Bl\u00e4sse\u2019 erh\u00e4lt er dadurch, da\u00df er w\u00e4hrend des Reifens am Baum \u2013 zum Schutz vor Sch\u00e4dlingen, direkter Sonneneinstrahlung und sonstigen Umwelteinfl\u00fcssen \u2013 einzeln in Wachspapier eingeschlagen ist. Diese Pfirsichsorte schmeckt einfach aus der Hand gegessen ebenso k\u00f6stlich wie als Zutat in Backwaren und Desserts bzw. fruchtigen Saucen und Marmeladen.<\/p>\n

Man m\u00f6ge meinen, dass der Pfirsich eine s\u00fc\u00dfe Frucht und daher nicht f\u00fcr kalorienarme Di\u00e4ten geeignet ist. Dies entspricht aber nicht<\/strong> den Tatsachen.
